So its time to speculate, to attempt to figure out the how’s, what’s and why’s of what Bethesda is up to. Todd Howard, the executive producer of Bethesda has revealed that they are currently working on three unannounced projects. When asked by Glixel what the company was up too, aside from fallout 4 VR and the Switch copy of Skyrim, Howard stated that there were two “classic” Bethesda titles as well as one mobile title – Something along the lines of Fallout Shelter.
“We’ve got a good number of projects on the go. We’re bigger now and we do want to be putting out more stuff. We have two larger projects that are more classically the scale of what we do, but even bigger. We overlap the projects so we’re working on them at the same time, but they’re staggered. I can’t talk a lot about them, but I can say that they’re bigger than anything we’ve ever done. They’re a bit different, but definitely in the wheelhouse that people are used to from us.”
The wheelhouse will be fantasy or some new post apocalyptic world which we have never seen before and after the success of Fallout 4 and Skyrim HD remastered I’m sure the new titles will travel in those directions. Only time will tell and maybe look to e3 2017 to have be given any more information.
