Destiny 2 PC Beta Requirements And Recommended Specs

Bungie have announced when PC players will be able to play the Destiny 2 beta in its Weekly Update. The studio also shared what kind of PC you’ll need to run the game.

Bungie recommends that you have a pretty decent machine to run the game, which isn’t surprising considering Destiny 2’s graphical complexity.
For processors, its recommended that you have at least an Intel Core i5-2400 or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X.
For GPUs, the studio suggests an Nvidia GTX 970 or an AMD Radeon R9 390. 8 GB of RAM is recommended, too.

Interestingly, Bungie also gives a few suggestions in case you’re looking to upgrade your PC to better run the beta. The studio suggests upgrading to an Intel Core i5-7400 CPU and an Nvidia GTX 1060 6 GB GPU.

The beta will begin for people who have pre-ordered the game on August 28, while it opens to the public on August 29. It ends on August 31. Destiny 2 officially launches on PC on October 24.
