With a month to go until Activision reveal more about Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4, rumours have started to circulate that the highly anticipated title will feature a Battle Royale mode as well as no campaign at all. Well, who really plays the story mode anyway? If true, this will make Black Ops 4 the first Call of Duty game without a campaign.
Kotaku has reported a source told the outlet that Black Ops 4 will include a battle royale mode. No details on the alleged mode are included, so no word of how many players will be in a single game. Expect Activision to tell us all about it at the reveal event on May 17th.
Games like Fortnite and PUBG that have exploded, bringing in millions and millions of players to the Battle Royale genre in the last year.
With the giant success of Battle Royale games lately this would not come as much surprise for Activision to jump on the bandwagon. Would you go back to Call of Duty if it had a Battle Royal mode?
