The best game trailers from E3 2018

With E3 2018 coming to a close soon, we have decided to give you all of the best trailers from this years conferences. With EA, Microsoft, Ubisoft, Sony and others all delivering on what they have been working on. Below are some of the best trailers we got to see.

CyberPunk 2077

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Cyberpunk 2077 is an upcoming role-playing video game developed and published by the creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Cyberpunk 2077 is a story-driven, open world FPS RPG from the dark future. It takes place in an alternate-reality version of Northern California. Cyberpunk 2077 has a fluid class system which lets you customize your own class throughout the game play experience.

The Last of Us Part II

(PS4)

The Last of Us Part II is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed by Naughty Dog. It serves as the sequel to The Last of Us (2013). We finally got our first look at game play at E3. I can not wait to play the sequel, the first game was without a doubt one of my favourites on the PS3.

Spider Man

(PS4)

I miss the old school Spider-Man games on the PS1 & PS2. Any game after those were pretty lackluster, lets be honest. September 7th is not very far away, so it wont be long before we get to play as one of Marvels most iconic super heroes once again.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy

(PS4, Xbox One)

After the commercial success of Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy, Activision is bringing back another classic PlayStation-era character: Spyro the Dragon.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Sept. 21

Anthem

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Explore a place you’ve never seen in a time you’ve never known, in Anthem, a new game from EA’s BioWare studio. Players will assume the role of a Freelancer, one of a group of people who leave their civilization to explore the surrounding landscape. This highly anticipated game looks fantastic and seems to play really well. This is EAs take on the loot shooter and seems to take on Destiny & The Division.

Anthem will be released worldwide on February 22, 2019.

Gears 5

(Xbox One)

The next installment in the Gears of War franchise will arrive next year, and it’s adding a new main character: Kait Diaz, who appeared in Gear of War 4.

Halo: Infinite

(Xbox One)

Microsoft opened its E3 press conference with this shock announcement, the next big adventure in the company’s iconic Halo series. No word on release date or anything else. At least we know its real.

Super Mario Party

(Nintendo Switch)

The next installment in the Mario Party series has officially been unveiled. Prepare for your friendships and relationships to be ruined with the iconic party game. The first of the series to be on the Switch.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

(Nintendo Switch)

Nintendo is bringing back every single character to ever appear in a Smash Bros. game for this one. With tweaked move sets, abilities, animations, this might be the best Smash Bros. ever.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

One of the biggest things to take away from Ubisofts E3 conference was unvieling more on The Division 2. For the first time ever in the franchise history players will be able to take part in 8 player Raids. The game will also be getting a ‘revamped Dark Zone’. However we have no idea what this will entail. You can sing up for Beta access now, the game will release in March 2019.

Assassins Creed: Odyssey

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey has a massive world for players to explore, it’s set in Ancient Greece, hundreds of years before Origins. In odyssey you get to choose whether you play as a male or female for the first time. The new Assassin’s Creed will be available 5th October 2018.

Fortnite

(Nintendo Switch)

Perhaps the worlds most popular game at the moment is hitting arguably the worlds most popular console. The Fortnite craze continues and the battle bus has landed on the Nintendo Switch. Available to download for free right now! You can play Fortnite: Battle Royale on the go!

Beyond Good & Evil 2

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Embark on an epic space adventure in Beyond Good & Evil 2. The second installment into the franchise serves as a prequel to the smash hit Beyond Good & Evil which released on the PS2, Original Xbox & GameCube back in 2003!

Death Stranding

(PS4)

We finally heard more on Hideo Kojimas newest project at Sonys E3 Conference. After a couple of years of weird un-explained trailers, we got our first glimpse at gameplay this year. Still no release date though unfortunately!

Fallout 76

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Fallout 76 is an online only multiplayer action RPG developed by Bethesda Game Studios. It serves as a sequel to all previous Fallout games, you can play it solo, do the story and level up like usual – or you can do it online. It will be available on PS4, Xbox One & PC on November 14th, 2018

Just Cause 4

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Just Cause 4 is set in an entirely new location with heavy focus on extreme weather and of course extreme chaos. Thankfully, we’ll be playing it soon, with a release due on December 4, 2018.

Devil May Cry 5

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Capcom finally announced Devil May Cry 5, the long-awaited sequel to Devil May Cry 4, which was released over 10 years ago. Devil May Cry 5 is a sequel, bringing back the original characters and storylines from the 2010 title.

The Elder Scrolls: VI

(PS4, Xbox One, PC)

We know next to nothing about the next Elder Scrolls game. All we got was the teaser trailer (below) which is pretty much Bethesda saying ‘ok, here it is we’ve been working on it’. I highly doubt we’ll see this game be released for another 3-5 years yet. Hey, at least it’s real, right?
